Terms of Service
Welcome to Uncover UGC ("we," "us," "HQ"). By creating an account or paying for a membership, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for anything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use HQ.
2. Membership & access
HQ is a paid subscription service. As long as your subscription is active and in good standing, you have access to the features included in your plan. Founding-rate members keep their locked price for as long as their subscription stays active without lapse.
3. Your content
You own the content you upload (deals, notes, files, your UGC). We store it so we can show it back to you and run the service. We won't sell or share your private content with third parties beyond the service providers we need to operate (e.g. hosting, payments, email).
4. Acceptable use
Don't use HQ to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, send spam, attempt to disrupt the service, or share access credentials with people outside your account.
5. Payments & refunds
Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your billing page to stop future charges. All payments are final and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Termination
You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other members or the service.
7. Disclaimers & liability
HQ is provided "as is." We do our best to keep things working, but we don't guarantee specific outcomes (income, brand deals, etc.). To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll let you know by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
