Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
This applies to every paid product on Uncover UGC. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges, but previous payments are non-refundable.
How cancellation works
Cancel anytime from /app/billing. Your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
HQ Membership
Members are charged $23/month immediately at signup and rebilled monthly. All sales are final — no refunds — but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
Disputes & chargebacks
Please reach out before filing a chargeback — we'll always try to help. Email hello@uncoverugc.com and we'll respond as soon as we can.
Exceptions
Where local consumer-protection law requires a refund (e.g. certain EU/UK statutory cooling-off rights), we honor those rights.
