What we collect
- Account info: name, email, password (hashed).
- Billing info: Stripe customer ID and subscription status. Card numbers are handled by Stripe — we never see or store them.
- Your HQ content: deals, expenses, notes, files you upload.
- Usage data: basic analytics (pages viewed, features used) to improve the product.
- Email engagement: opens/clicks for transactional emails so we can troubleshoot delivery.
How we use it
- To run HQ and give you the features you signed up for.
- To process payments and send receipts.
- To send transactional emails (welcome, billing, support).
- To improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run HQ:
- Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
- Lovable Cloud — hosting and database.
- Email provider — transactional email delivery.
We don't sell your data. Ever.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and lightweight analytics cookies to understand product usage. No third-party ad tracking.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time by emailing us. We'll respond within a reasonable time frame as required by applicable law (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and for a short period after cancellation in case you come back. Billing records are retained as required by tax law.
